Privacy and cookie information

This policy explains information handled through darsenizami.net, the student LMS and our public contact tools. It replaces the older app-only description on this page. Updated 16 October 2026.

Who to contact

Dars-e-Nizami Online Institute operates this online learning service. For privacy questions, corrections or a deletion request, email info@darsenizami.net or use our WhatsApp contact. Include enough information to identify your request, but do not send a password or verification code.

Public visits and regional fees

Our hosting service receives ordinary web-request information, including an IP address, requested page, browser information and request time. The fee display uses the connection’s IP address and a local country lookup to choose Pakistan or international pricing. It does not request GPS or browser location permission. The price lookup does not send your IP address to an external geolocation API.

Admission and student records

If you register in the LMS, we receive the information you submit: account and contact details, address, city, country, gender, course selection, preferred class time and study background. The application may ask about religious study preferences and require identity or payment-evidence uploads. Learning records can include enrolment, assignments, results and progress. These records support admission, teaching, payments, student support and account security. Teachers and administrators use records relevant to their responsibilities.

Do not place identity documents, bank details or sensitive application information in the public AI assistant. Use the LMS upload process for required documents. Clearing browser storage does not delete records already submitted to the institute.

WhatsApp enquiries, email and payment services

The public WhatsApp enquiry form prepares a message. It is sent when you choose to send it in WhatsApp. LMS applications are a separate submission to our server. Messages and verification emails involve their delivery providers; external payment services process transactions under their own policies. A payment screenshot submitted to the LMS becomes part of the application or payment record.

Cookies and local storage

The LMS uses a session cookie to maintain sign-in and protect account operations. Our apps or tools may save preferences or reading progress in browser storage. Browser controls let you clear stored data or block cookies; blocking a necessary session cookie can prevent sign-in. Local app data and institute-held records are different and may need separate deletion requests.

AI assistant and external resources

The public assistant may send the questions you enter, together with relevant public site information, to its AI service provider, currently Google Gemini when enabled. Its answers may be inaccurate; confirm course, payment and individual religious questions with the institute. Book files and other external links may be served by their respective providers. Those providers receive the web requests needed to open their content and apply their own privacy practices.

Advertising and Google cookies

We have applied for Google AdSense. Advertising is not currently enabled on these public information pages. If Google ads are enabled later, Google and other advertising vendors may place or read cookies, use web beacons and process IP addresses or other identifiers to deliver and measure ads. Depending on consent and applicable settings, advertising cookies may support ads based on previous visits to this or other websites.

Read how Google uses information from partner sites and manage personalization through Google My Ad Center. Other participating vendors’ choices can be explored through YourAdChoices. These settings are separate from any site-level consent choice.

Where advertising requires consent, including applicable visits from the EEA, UK and Switzerland, the advertising setup must provide the appropriate consent controls before the relevant advertising technologies operate. This privacy page is information, not a consent-management platform. Admission answers, religious preferences, identity documents and student payment records are not intended as advertising audience data.

Children and guardians

A parent or guardian should handle admission and privacy requests for a child. Do not submit a child’s sensitive information through the public AI chat. Contact the institute if a child has submitted information unintentionally.

Retention, access and deletion requests

We use submitted records for the purposes described above and for necessary administration, security and record-keeping. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained for legitimate record-keeping or legal obligations. Third-party services handle their own copies under their policies. We do not promise that clearing app storage or sending a request erases every backup or external copy immediately.

Changes to this page

We may update this information when the website’s features or service providers change. The update date appears on this page.
